No disrespect, but we've been ultra busy with our Tales of Xillia, Eador and GTA 5 guides. I do plan on adding a no-item video to the FR2 guide, but our current 3 guides need finishing first.
Looking forward to it! When I get GTA 5 I'll probably buy that guide from you too. Haven't heard of the other two games yet.

Eador is a really deep indie strategy game (as in easily 100+ hours of gameplay) and Tals of Xillia is a PS3 Japanese-developed RPG (with really good scripting/voice acting).

Eador Masters of the Broken World is available on Steam as well :)

Just a quick heads up for all your FR2 fans:

1). We still plan on recording the no-item Heroic Turbo Dryer strategy (once this Pokemon X/Y guide is complete).
2). More importantly; we just launched our FREE iPad guide app so if any of you FR2 official guide owners have an iPad then download the app and log in using your GamerGuides.com login details to unlock any site guides in your app for free!

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gamer-guides/id599410871?mt=8

Any feedback on our app would be massively appreciated!

So now there is a Pokemon guide that needs to finished first, NO SURPRISE THERE! I'm sure the next thing that you will need to do is a tic tac toe guide! There is always an excuse!

I have purchased the Official Strategy guide and highly recommend it to get the most out of this game. You'll find some great strategies for acheiving high scores, but be careful not to do TOO well. :-) My overall high score (which as of this writing should be #1 on the Global Leaderboard) got ignored...apparently because there is "cheat prevention" built in. This is actually a credit to the guide in that I was able to acheive such a high score LEGITIMATELY that they assumed I must have cheated/hacked the game when in fact I had not. So, I can testify that the guide offers some great tips for improving your scores, particularly in Endless mode.

Sure the guide is good but it isn't COMPLETE and if you ask about that they make excuses and ALWAYS have something else to work on instead. Reasd through thisd thread and you will see what I am talking about. I will NEVER buy another guide from them and I will do my absolute best to discourage others from doing so as well. If the word of the representative is no good then neither is the word of the COMPANY. I HATE BEING LIED TOO!

I can understand your point about not wanting to waste items (which require coins to acquire) when not absolutely necessary. But I found a relatively quick way to earn coins is by playing Home on Derange on Heroic, using Ice, Spark, Pyro, and Nuke towers (and the gattling too, of course). Those "higher end" towers will rack up lots of combos which helps with the coin total. I can consistently earn 265 coins in 17 minutes of play (just to round 70). That's not so bad! If you're interested in the specific strategy, I can share that with you.

My coin total on my iOS device is just under 67,000, and I never paid a cent of real money for coins or any IAPs. If I could give you a few thousand coins, I would. I doubt I'll ever use them as I'm pretty much maxed out on that platform (got all the cards and I think my high score is about as high as it's going to get). Steam is my preferred platform but the Global Leaderboard thing kind of took the wind out of my sail for now.

For anyone still interested; here's the Turbo Dryer Heroic (No Items) strategy video I promised a while back. Only 5 towers used and all are now available on all versions of the game.

By naysayers I take it you mean the people that were LIED too, right?
Air Bear 2014 年 1 月 3 日 下午 8:50
Arcticspyder, are you giving these people crap because they prioritized making guides for some of the biggest games of the year (i.e. Pokemon X/Y) over realeasing a youtube video that maybe a handful of people are going to get any real use out of? Cus... you come across as taking this way, way, wayyyyy too seriously. Take a damn chill pill man.

Not Troppamus, I hate it when a company states that they are doing somenthing and then instead of doing it they make excuses. Every time Gamersguide was askewd all he did was lie and make excuses for not doing as he stated. I own and operate my own business, I know as a fact that if I promise my customers something and then fail to deliver AS PROMISED I lose customers. As far as what other games they were working on I DON'T CARE. When I buy ANYTHING and it is not as PROMISED I have the right to speak up and that is exactly what I have done. I take it you don't mind when people fail to deliver and that is the EXACT attitude companies like this want! As far as a chill pill you take it.
Dr. Kevorkian 2014 年 1 月 6 日 上午 9:59
The way I see it is that they said they would make the video and they did. That says to me that the company did what was promised. I know you won't agree Arctic, but just as you have stated your view point, I've added mine.

In fact, I was so impressed with the FR2 guide and subsequent follow-up on it that I will buy the Eador guide from them.
Arcticspyder 2014 年 1 月 6 日 下午 12:14
See Dr. Kevorkian.

I don't care what they have finally done, I care about them keeping their word as a business at the time they made it. I run a business that is based upon professional and timely service, when I give my word I keep my word at that time or I lose customers. Too many comapnies have the "I already got your money so I don't care about you as a customer" attitude. The only reason they stay in business is because people accept their excuses or make excuses for them.
