Ok here's a little tip for Frying Pan Endless, take Gatlings, Sparks, Ice, nuke and railguns.
Use the fully upgraded Gatlings to make a channel up to the bridge and under it, replace one gatling with an Ice Tower below the bridge, then place 2 Spark towers fully upgraded on either side of the top of the bridge.

Once youve done this replace all the gatlings on the left side of the bridge with lvl 3 spark towers. then replace all the gatling of the right side of the bridge with nukes.

Once you have this build a maze that covers the rest of the level with gatlings (check my screenshots for an idea of what it should look like) then slowly replace the gatlings with nukes, railguns and ice.

make sure the towers near the start are all nukes, and the remainder are railguns, this will help wipe out smaller units before they leave the first bridge and your railguns can deal with bigger units. Place enough ice towers so that every inch of the map is covered.

play all maps on middle difficulty. it unlocks maps and towers on middle difficulty, no need for heroic right away. i play home on derange all the time, usually make 300 a game, 80 or 90 rounds. need one more tower the boomkin then i complete.

If you have the Nuke Tower Curious Gorge is a great place to get cash. Those freaky wave with lots of basic Fieldrunners give lots of combo (more combos = more points = more coins + More combos = more AirStrike = More Wave = Even more point quicker ^^ ) My current High Score is 14M and I got it in 3/4 hour. That's about 400 coins per hour if I'm not mistaken.

Tips : keep the Air Strike for the Wave with the two Zepp, it will make things quicker. Just make sure the second bomber is here, if you Strike too soon he will leak (and you'll have to wait for it to cross the screen ...)

Only drawbacks are a tricky start and stubborn runners (only a problem until you get Polymorph Tower)

Once you get both Power and Poly tower Broken Branch is also a quick (and easier) way to get Coins (8,2M, round 820 in less than Three hours)

I'm a little late to the party on this topic, but when I was tryinig to earn coins fast, I devised a strategy with Home on Derange that would net 260 to 265 coins consistently, in 17 minutes. That's a little over 900 coins per hour. Watch for some screenshots to be uploaded soon with the tower layout (only need to have about 12 towers on the screen at any given time).
