the ending

so, i've completed the game, and?.. the ending is: all golems die and the Zenos get to live their isolated lives again? With FatherMother ofcourse.

The Golems mentioned that their creators will send a new batch into Zenozoik, and so far, Ghat and Rimat are the only ones we know who know about the area beyond the north. This can go in a lot of directions. The new Golems enter, and due to inexperience, are much worse than the last ones, Ghat and/or Rimat spill that there is a land up north and end up causing a massive conflict between Zenozoik and the land beyond, or some other thing. This is just my hypothesis of course.

If it will be DLC, hopefully as long as the compaign (~5 hours to beat), i will buy. As for now, the ending felt more of a cliff-hanger, unlike in ZC1. Oh, well, it was fun as hell, and i felt that I played at least twice as long!

They did mention it could take a long time for the new golems to show up, so a cool DLC would be Ghat and Rimat going through that tunnel and exploring that... it honestly looks like a naval base of some kind.

The ending is in no way a cliff-hanger. The story of Ghat and Rimat ended with the death of both Golems. It would be weird to me if DLC came to extend the same story.

My best bet would be that ZC3(or big DLC) would start with Ghat being interested in the new world. I don't really recall how intrested Rimat was in the new world. But I would think that Ghat is the one that goes exploring.

As for the ending. It could be that Rimat went back to the family while Ghat went to Deadra and from that too the other world with or without Deadra.

this. in ZC1 there was kind of a monologue in the end, which felt like an end. But here, the ending feels like the end of a chapter 1/3 into the book - some things made clear a lot more left to explain. Like when Ghat touches the piano and gets a vision/hollucination/flashback.

Meh, not all answers need to be answerd in one game. I don't mind those that much to me they don't really contribute to the story that much. I see it more as lore then story.

Tho I don't read a lot or I'm no movie junkie so I'm not the most critical person.

whats so bad, all the golems died, and now zenzoik is free once more, from the south golem's manipulations.
but now the future is very uncertain, because ghat and rimmat know about the true civilization in the north
