Find the Engineer

I've gotten to the Secret Lair, but can't find a way to "Find the Engineer". I've seen some posts but nothing that says "..go here, do that, do this"....I'm on hold here with the game and wanting to keep going.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I think you have to enter the Dreadworks - Main Square portal (check the portal in your lair, it's in the list). You get teleported to an area past the barriers. Explore the area and you'll find him.

+1 on the thx. Coming back from a long hiatus and getting back into the mechanics... :)

it can be confusing that there are clearer guidelines on the map for some of the quests here like in diablo, can get stuck sometimes
