Nobody in Romany camp (BUG?)

Hey,
So I went back to the Romany camp and there are no longer any people in there. I also don't see the camp fire being lit but I definitely hear the camp fire roaring away.

But most importantly there are ZERO people that were in the camp the last time that I visited it.

Are they supposed to just go away after some trigger in the game or is it bugged?

This has happened to me. I wanted to reset my skills but there's nobody at the camp!

The NPCs in the Romany Camp will be found in the Lair as you progress in the story.

I was going to say it without spoilers, but the dev is right - this is intentional.

They do tell you that they are going to the Lair.

Of course, if you don't happen to recognize them or know their names, you might have overlooked that fact and just thought they were random NPCs who needed your help.

(I recognized the girl because of that redonkulously long braid.)
