like highest damage in all the spells for single target?
Hah who in their right mind is using scatter shot at 100 mana per shot? it is absolutely no better than Explosive and costs TEN times the mana! Am I missing something BIG here? It is 100 mana minimum a shot that is like 2 shots. Im only lvl 22 so not sure if people have like 1200 mana and 100 mana on kill or something I have like 300
The biggest advantage is it can hit the same mob multiple times. 8x 90% weapon dps in 1 attack anyone?
Mana over time is probably the easiest way to manage it, mana on kill helps too. I prefer slow, high damage attacks so mana on hit I skipped altogether.
Edit: I alternate between Scattershot + Rageboosted(AoE) Normal shot. Normal shot kills give back good mana, and Scattershot kills fuel my Rage. Just YoYo your resource.
And mana over time :D
Sorry for mistake, English isn't my native language.
Explosive shot + poison shot (with 3 splash powerups) for long range
Scatter shot (+ occasionaly 3 pierce powerups) with ice shot (for tricky oponents) for more personal approach. (Some survival skills and gear needed)
In both cases, heavily relied on +X hp/mp per hit effects.
