Neverending Story mode questions

Some questions about Neverending Story mode please:

1. I assume you play the complete story beginning to end?

2. Are the monsters difficult from the start? Are they the same ones as in the normal mode, but stronger or are there lots more with the extra toughness added?

3. I am currently doing about 2500 crit damage with a 50% crit chance on Normal mode. My DPS is about 800. My character is pretty tough overall, so do you think I will have difficulty in killing monsters in NE mode?

4. I can play a coop with someone in NE mode? Will monsters be even tougher due to coop?

Hum, as far as I can remember, neverending story...is really a mode who is to be feared but really. At the begining...well, if you build you character well, it won't be too hard but then....in the forest for example, it's so hard to kill those little things and there are plenty of them, it would be hell to clean up the forest but they are the same as the normal mode, just...super tough. I forgot how many damage my hunter did (I deleted him) so...I don't know.
I don't think monster will get tougher if you play it on coop but then again, I never tried.

It's the ultimate challenge. Monsters get gradually stronger, but they look the same, yes. If you have some defense, you could progress in Neverending Story with a bit of patience, as your DPS seems a bit low to me. However, Neverending Story offers some epic items available only in that mode, so if you are lucky, you'll be able to grab some unique equipment.

You can play co-op with people who also started NE mode, but not with those who haven't.
