They are in the swamp... the second main are, around the crashed airship.

They respawn there if you do not get enough the first time there.

Gallowsbog, about mid-way through the map on the southern edge.

There are enough bombs to get all five in one sweep of the area. Look carefully, and remember: Red is Dead, but Green is Mean.
