No magical compass in first tutorial

Hi

Im trying to finish tutoral stage. All I have to do is pick up a compass with carirer. Or so it says. But i cant see no compass anywhere.

You have to conquer the complete land... up until the farthest end behind the mountain. It's very small, lying on the ground and will be picked up automatically, once it is within your border. (I recommend to build a few towers and set game speed to 5x)
