(FIXED) Game-play stuttering

Now that was the quickest fix ever! I mentioned only last night and the update fixed it by the following evening. Now I am getting up to 71FPS and running smooth!! Thanks Dev's !!:¬)

OLD MESSAGE: Hi, since the last update, PoP has randomly started stuttering, like millisecond pauses, and sometimes it's as long as a second or two, even at 40+ FPS. I have turned all settings to minimum. Every now and then, I get as low as 8FPS and for a short time, I saw 1FPS :¬/
- If I use my mouse to move, it even stutters (pauses) - It's kind of 50/50, half is smooth game-play and the other half is jittery. Could my setup be the issue? I am running it on:
Windows 10 - 64 Bit
Intel Xeon X3470 - 3059 MHz
20 Gb RAM
AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
SSD
