how on earth do we know a female trex is bigger than a male?
most doccumeneries always says female trexes are bigger and deadlier then a males but how do we know that were just looking at birds. well there are other animals a trex are related to, example alligators males are bigger than females.
so this wat i beleive a males are bigger but females are more aggressive.
why do you think always hear the phrase momma is very angry.
probably an animal that lives alone a female is bigger example snakes
but most animals that lives in packs groups or herds males are bigger since they protect them from rivals maybe like a lion
the only doccumentery i know has a male trex bigger then a female is dinosaur revalution -_-
but i dont know this is my opinion wats yours i like to hear it

When we look at the bones, there are certain... parts... to a male. (I kmow, I'm incorrect, but someone needed to say that.)

First of all, a T. Rex and a crocodile are not very closely related. Therefore, it is not a good choice to be basing your ideas off another animal's characteristics.

The reason scientists believe female tyrannosaurs were larger is because they found tyrannosaurs with larger hips than others being larger themselves. The larger hips were to accommodate eggs.

As for the aggression, well, I don't know if I remember how they came to that, but tyrannosaurs are believed to be family/pack hunters, so if your baby in danger from another predator, wouldn't you be pretty angry? I mean, you know, if you were a woman/either gender and had children, you would relate easier, I'm guessing.

Short answer:

We really don't.

Long answer:

It was first assumed that way due to what Locharsa mentioned. But there's also the possibilities of them being of different age or "breed" if you will. Based on modern relatives, there are hawks with females being larger than males, so it's not impossible.

I believe that all the information you need can be found in a Discovery Channel documentary: Clash of the Dinosaurs Generations. It is a very good documentary, nothing like the horrible Monsters Resurrected series. Anyway there is information about how we know that females were larger. What Locharsa7 said seems accurate to me.

While your opinion is interesting it seems flawed to me. I agree with everything Locharsa7 said. Telling if a dinosaur was male or female pretty much comes down to a few things; comparative anatomy, speculation, and hypothesis. Paleontologists compare anatomy of theropods with that of birds; not reptiles like crocodiles. So comparing the two is apples and oranges. Naturally females need to have bigger hips to carry eggs as well as bare the weight of the male during mating. Its also possible that males could of been taller or longer than females, females just being the bulkier of the two. Plus if females are more agressive than males yet smaller, then wouldn't they just get picked off regardless? Its simply a case of sexual dimorphism, and females being the dominant sex with such an apex predator is highly probable as it seems fairly common with a lot of today's species.

Dinosaur Revolution, while one of my favorites, (absolutely love the characters of the dinosaurs!) is not a good documentary to go off of for theories. They had a lot of inaccuracies and in corrections in it which is one of the reasons it didn't get spectacular ratings. It was really just Walking With Dinosaurs with a Hollywood budget. I'd stick to books.

Basically when it comes to these kind of things its best to keep an open mind to all theories.

That is impossible as DNA has a half-life of 500 or so years, so getting 60+ million year old dna is not going to happen.

The male wouldn't need to be taller, the female probably bowed her head down and raised her...um...back...area. And then if you know how babies are made you'll understand how the male would get up there:
