Overwatch 2 hair textures issues

Hello, can someone help me with how to set up hair in Unity for Overwatch 2 models? The alpha doesn't match a color and the alpha provided isn't even the same scale, if you can have a look... The model can be find here : https://www.deviantart.com/whitemagesunny/art/Overwatch-2-Hanzo-Cupid-950026679 I did everything already, the eyes movement, the vrm.. but I had to cut the texture by myself and it's just horrible of course and there's like a weird square in the middle of the beard lol
