NSFW and Plz GPU

Can you actually view the NSFW images? If not, it kinda limits half of your options. Like, out of 6 options, it had 3 NSFW so I only had 2 choices. I don't see any kind of filter or option to turn it off

Also how to fix the please GPU? Litearlly I typed in a very holy lady and got all plz gpu
