What to do at LVL 50?

So I played till level cap and handing in the last main quest of the game is what levelled me to 50.

All that's left is completing all the side quests and farming the schematics so I can max out some weapon upgrades. Other than the level 50 elite near the end of the road and the elite that spawns in the graveyard, what other elites regularly spawn that I can farm for schematics?

Is there anything else to do that I'm missing?

Personally, I go out and hunt the various animals for the meat they drop. Then I cook it on a fire and add it to my pack so that when the level cap is raised I'll be set up for long zombie hunts. I also spend time fishing and cooking what I catch along with collecting various vegetables, cans, and bottles so that I can pack away a ton of meat stew, carrot juice, etc., for my future adventures. Fishing takes a lot of time and just like real fishing, it's kind of relaxing. I also spend time helping lower level characters with their quests since I've completed all of them.
