Scenery issues

Hello! I've been having issues with some of the scenery I've downloaded, particularly Alex Beaut's scenery. in many of the locations the terrain is all messed up, land is covering certain parts of the scenery and water, I'm guessing its not supposed to look like that. Ill try and link some screenshots below. Any help would be appreciated!...
