How do I remove the Respirator?

Hi

I finished Tyler Freeborn and I can't figure out how to remove the respirator.
It's in my Quest items, but I can't figure out a way to remove it from my characters face.

I tried going into dressing room and putting on something else and pressing the key I used to put it on.

I don't want to be stuck with this thing forever.

Try looking for a respirator icon over your health bar (not your inventory) and right-clicking it. Or possibly left clicking it.

Can confirm it's a right click. It's a buff you have to dismiss basically.

Or die. That fixes it too (but damages all your stuff) so is less fun.

Thanks I'll try again, and if that doesn't work I'll die and try that.

PS. Thanks again, dying worked, it was just stuck for some reason.
