i've got an issue with the quest, tier 3 i am supposed to have a disguise to put on. and nothing i killed a lot of enemies but nothing drops and i have nothing in my inventory. No idea what to do. Help?

I don't remember the name of the npc but I believe it's one of the people under the bridge that drops the outfit you need.

Look for a tunnel entrance, and look carefully inside the tunnel(s).

It's the Atenist cultists under the bridge area. If you don't have an item in your mission inventory, try searching in the dressing room for Aten, in outfits (might have to switch what type you're searching).

The cave is located under Al-Meraya, in the... south-east of the city plateau. As you stand at the entrance to the hideout, there's a bridge to the further south-east, with... 3 cultists, I believe. One single dot cultist in the middle of the bridge dressed in white, 2 guard cultists at the south portion of the bridge.

Fun trick: this is all memory on my part :)
