I don't know of one...

I have the feeling ther was one at one point in tsw...
But, I couldn't remember it the last time I tried to get myself killed for a quest...


You can always unequip gear, to make it faster, and aggro a couple groups of enemies.

Its /reset. You'll use that command often during investigations.

The command is /reset. Once you get to Egypt, pick up some 'bad dates'. You can kill yourself without damaging your anima, so there's no shard cost from repairing.
