Customer Service is available between 8:00 AM and Midnight, US Eastern Time (12:00 - 04:00 GMT), 7 Days a week.

For urgent billing and account issues, please use http://livechat.funcom.com/ during available hours. Live Chat is available between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM US Eastern Time (16:00 - 00:00 GMT)

For in-game mission issues, please type the word "/petition" ("/anfrage" for German clients) into the ingame chat. This brings up a window where you may page a GM for assistance. A GM will always send an in-game whisper to contact you, and GM text is always in red.
