trying to buy aurum...

can anyone pls tell me how on earth can I buy aurum ? I cannot find any kind of shop only ingame where you click on the aurum bar - but nothing happens.. help is appreciated..thx in advance

If you click the aurum plus next to the icon it should load up a page to buy it, four different pricing options should appear on your screen and just click the amount you want to buy. If however you are only looking for a small amount, the operative dlc is the cheaper option as you get 2k pls the extras for cheaper then buying 2k in game.

Please be sure to enable the Steam Overlay as well.

If you're playing through a Steam-linked account, make sure you have the Steam Overlay enabled. That's the only thing I can think of there.

If it's a standalone account, then a browser window should open up in your default browser. Try changing your default browser and see if that fixes anything?

I wish there was a shop button. Buying patron, aurum, pets/clothing/sprints aren't all in the same section. Putting them all together in one interface location would make it more user friendly and easier to buy stuff for newbies who don't know how to go about buying stuff, like me lol. Just my 2 cents 😜

I'm not sure why it happened, but I got the same message and I had to put in a ticket with Funcom (I started at their website), and GM was able to fix it right away. They didn't give a reason why it occurred.

Yeah. Only Funcom can fix this. It is some kind of account - restriction.
