Quest "Dead Air" bugged?

I'm trying to investigate the crate but it's not spawning anything and the merc soldiers just keep spawning and not attacking. Any way to fix? Or just skip it. I just like to complete everything is all xD

Just to be clear, are you clicking the crate and using it or just targeting it?

If you are using it and nothing is spawning then it does sound like it could be bugged. A possible workaround it to switch instances. In the old game there was a key combination to find out which instance you're in. Then find someone in another instance and meetup on them.

I had the same thing happening.

If I recall correctly I left that area a bit so that part of the mission was 'reset'. When I went back I could finish the mission as it should. A relog might work too.
