Switching accounts
I cant switch my old account so i cant play on steam, steam create new account for me little help ?

Do you have two TSW accounts? It could be that the wrong one was linked to Steam. You need to login into your account page with the wrong account & turn it into a funcom account. Then you can link the right one to Steam.

You need to login here (https://account.secretworldlegends.com/) to unlink your account from Steam. Then you are able to link the one you want with Steam.

There should be a button to turn your steam account into a funcom account (you need to login via steam button). Then you can login with your other account (username & password) and link that one to steam.

I oringal did play this before steam and had a physical copy of secret world. I did th etransfer thing and i diden't get anythign back.... I sent a support ticket i hop ei can still get it before its to late....

Did you claim your vanity items through the delivered items window after reaching Agartha?

Just a heads up that that's wrong.

There is an unlink button. If you click it, and confirm - your FC account will FOREVER be seperate from Steam. There's an ALL CAPS WARNING to this effect in the Steam FAQ Funcom posted here ( https://secretworldlegends.com/news/steam-launch-info/ ).

Just saying, DONT UNLINK unless you never ever want to link to steam again.

What do you mean it's wrong? If you got two DIFFERENT accounts, but the wrong one got linked to Steam, it's the right thing to do. Never talked about one and the same account.

You can't click it accidently since you have to confirm your choice (there's also a warning text showing up that you can't go back).
