What exact time does daily roll-over happen? (for Legends)

If anyone has the exact time (EST, PST, UTC, whatever you have) for both the daily challenges and the daily login reward, i'd appreciate it. Do they happen separately, at the same time?

I ask because yesterday my challenge journal reset (yeah I was in the middle of completing the last set of main missions so...) but the login reward didn't. So I'm pretty sure challenge reset isn't at 2400 EST. And I checked just now and login reset isn't at 2400 EST either.

If you log on, the Daily Challenges screen will tell you how long they have left, so you can find the time from that. I know daily log-on is much sooner, if I remember correctly from last night about 5 hours sooner.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for it in the next few hours. Just weird they don't happen at the same time.
