Body: "One shape fits all" with tallness slider will stay
Faces - more base models, more customization.
And clothes... ...you can buy dozens of outfits and single pieces in several shops in-game, more on the FC shop, and many, many more as rewards for progress - and special outfits for events. And Membership goodies.I also remember "Silly clothing will stay, its the flavour of the game." from somewhere in one of the blurbs.
[same answer as in the "bought on Steam"-thread]
Are the models dated? Yeah. Is there a severe lack of sliders on character customization? Yep.
But because of it's contemporary setting it kind of makes me forgive it.
So tired of wearing big metal fantasy armor and simply wearing a hoody is interesting enough to me.
Character customization, on the other hand, is pretty terrible. Most of the faces looked dreadful and I found it near impossible to get a character to look the way I want them to. I always hated the slider system too. I'm hoping SWL's character customization is better made but I'm not all that hopeful.
Conan Exiles had a better character creation system (although still used the darn sliders), so maybe there is still hope!
OHHH I want a paper bag, or maybe a wooden box
Problem was never customization per se, it was the godawful character face models.
...maybe, if you ask nicely, they implement a guilloutine somewhere....
We do get more options but when we want to change it at some point we will have to open our (virtual) wallet. Since it will be F2P i doubt the hairdresser is as cheap as it is now, for example.
