Game crash at loading

with error : OGRE EXCEPTION(5:ItemIdentityException): Could not find font FormalOutline in TextAreaOverlayElement::setFontName at ..\..\..\..\OgreMain\src\OgreTextAreaOverlayElement.cpp (line 361)

My conf : asus K53S i7, 8Go, GT540M, intel HD3000, the game with french language.

Same crash using nvidia or intel graphic rendrer.
check files / uninstall / install => alway the same problem.

I contacted the support... they seem mute.

If someone have a suggestion, I take.

Forgot to say : I tried XP SP3 compatibility & as admin... not better.

tried to put game in german... => same error.

It worked fine on my Win7/64 system last year, but I think I did have some trouble - it may have been that either the Steam version worked and the DRM-free version didn't, or vice versa.

I fixed this problem 5 min ago!!

Deleting the My Docs\Book of Unwritten Tales folder.

I don't know WHY or HOW, but it works! (for me...)

I found the real reason ! you have to play after the 01/07.... :-$ I changed nothing. Don't have folder "Book.." in my docs. No driver update. And today, it works (with nvidia). Don't know why... -> don't ask till it works !
But at each start, I have an install of C++ 2010... not fun, but it works...

Hi guys. I managed to fix this by deleting the config.xml file in the Documents/Book of Unwritten Tales folder (thanks to Mickey for the location above)
