Rain Dance Mini-game easier

You can edit the file : "Steam\SteamApps\common\The Book of Unwritten Tales\kagedata\chapter4_1\landschaft\minigame_dance.kad"
with Notepad (having made a backup file of it, in case of).

Replace all the arrwos steps with "1 2", and save. That's it.

I know that this is an old thread but I wanted to say "Thank you". I have never tried to alter a program before, so this was somewhat nerve-wracking. However, it was not difficult to follow your instructions and I could finally complete the rain dance.

Would you know how to skip the "Wheel of Fortune" mini game in chapter 2, i am stuck hard. cannot go further. frustrating. I'd like to edit the save like you did. or skip it. Any help is welcome.

Hmmm it's not about editing a savefile, you did, it's about editing a full mini game.

Thanks for this. I'm trying to play this on a laptop and it's IMPOSSIBLE with its tiny arrow keys. It's stupid stuff like this that's not thought out at all that ruins games.
