How Do I Change Coach Scheme?

It says every 5 years you can alter your coach's schemes. Like if he has 4-3/Conservative Man or Spread/Run First he can alter those to a new formation and playcalling philosophy.

I have yet to see an option to do that. Has anyone actually done it?

I did it a season or two ago in one of my saves. I went from Spread to Pro-Style cause the team to which I signed a new contract with had a good Power Back, a good O-Line, good blocking TE's & a mediocre QB. I can't remember on which part it gives you the option exactly, but it's sometime during the coach eval & coach change.
