a couple of potential recruiting tweaks

1) when recruiting, it would be nice to be able to tag players with some ratings or indicators of our own, in addition to making them a target and the custom ordering of targets. In particular, it would help if this was usable from the filters on the "all recruits" screen. It could be either some flags we could set to either pull up a list of players that were interesting but not targeted, or to exclude from future search results (unless flag is explicitly overridden in settings) ..or even just a score or a code/tag that we could customize and reference in the filters. I'm thinking especially about the fact that I'll have certain players who look good on the surface, but I chose not to bother targeting because looking at details, just didn't think I could get them or that they might be worth the fight.

2) It would be REALLY nice to more easily be able to see where a recruit might fit in with the current (or more accurately, next season's) roster ... kind of like what you can see once they have signed when looking at the roster screen for a specific position and recruits are at the bottom, but visible while recruiting them. Maybe my memory just isn't good enough, but I literally take screenshots from my roster so I can refer back to them while looking at potential recruits.

I do agree that there should be more ways to leave notes on specific players' file, apart from a bookmark tab. Currently, I want to be able to go back and look at specific recruits in order to gauge my evaluation as much as their progress. I put a white bookmark on all 2 star gems, yellow on 3 star gems and orange on 4 star gems. I also put a red marker on players I took a flyer on but don't think will pay off for me.

I would love to be able to actually write a few notes.
