Differences with Arua?

Hello, just realized there was a Rose Server on Steam, I'm kind of interested in see what this has to offer, I've been playing Arua Rose for a while, just wanted to ask which are the differences, or maybe not the differences but things like what are the rates here, max level, max stat, how much people is playing this server, does it have a lot of people vending on cities? :)

Rates are like 1, because all the rates are based off these rates. (official server and all...)
Max level is 230 currently.
Max stat I think is 300 or 400
No population information is released
They aren't super packed in towns, mainly focused in Junon and there aren't loads of people vending.

Server merge between Leonis and Draconis is going to happen at some point, awaiting announcements.
