Can't purchase VIP for my account

I followed all the instructions correctly, but still can not find the option to buy the vip package. Can someone help me?

It looks like a bug, it should be taking you to a Steam specific payment page. I am reporting this up for a fix.

HI! same problem here :<<<<<< cant upgade. it doesnt launch steam at all. ive tried with mozilla firefox, internet explorer and chrome.. it goes to that same freaking page. was starting to think steam didnt like me :<

It seems like in one of the recent updates the account authentication that parses between the game and other services (such as steam) is broken - so when you go to pay it isn't authenticated and doesn't give you the correct page. Just a guess, but something is definitly up. after the update myself and others didn't auto-login when launching the game; whereas before the patch launching from steam would automatically log into your account ingame.

same problem here, i also cant purchase the VIP for my account, some source said i cant buy using WarpPortal website otherwise it wont sync to my Steam account :( help please CM

What happens when you try to click the cash shop button and click "Add VIP and points" button in the cash shop window? If updated, you should see a browser window appear in the steam overlay.

CM Oda,fyi.. we're trying to topup & buy the VIP in Ragnarok Online Classic, not Ragnarok Online 2 which it had the Cash Shop icon (beside the minimap), i had been clicking to WarpPortal website & nothing about payments method are occur in my account, only blank page like xboxrukasu image that we're had been encountered..

Secondly, when we're trying to buy the VIP using Steam website, it will be 'white blank page' & nothing loading / happened in this URL https://secure.warpportal.com/portalPayment/iovation.grv

Ah I see. Because Classic server doesn't natively support the cash shop button, you have to use this work around: Please log into Renewal server through Steam and purchase the points there. The points will show up for you when you log back into classic.

This is what happens when I try to buy VIP in Renewal.[i.imgur.com]

It basically opens up the Steam overlay with a browser window, and it tries to go to a URL with what I assume is my account data, but it instead goes to this error page.[kepler.warpportal.com]

Is there any other way to purchase VIP status while your devs are working on the problem? I can't imagine you'd want to lock out people who actually do want to spend money on this game.

im having this same issue, i have two accounts and i can buy vip on my non steam account, and after reading this that made me think that my second account was a steam account.

i have the client from the official website installed, so i read that i have to get vip for a steam account through steam, so i downloaded RO through steam, launched the game through steam.

hit the kafra shop button in the game launched through steam then hit the buy vip button.
then it opens up a page on my firefox browser, and i go into the powerup page and it shows the same thing in the screenshot i quoted from the OP's post, when i click on my steam account it does not show the part of the page to buy vip....

this is very annoying..
