Quest Bugged: Has anyone seen Leno?

good evening, I have downloaded ragnarok online, to try an experience, which unfortunately, is affected in a very short time, I have been doing quests, one of the first mission chains is working poorly, in this mission, the npc in question, It does not appear in the coordinates provided by the "navigator", has this happened to anyone? Where do I report the bug?

Yeah there are quite a few old NPC warpers that sometime can mess with navigation but i think it might just be you havent triggered the part of the quest for him to show up yet. In the Quest Has anyone seen Leno, Maurice the tool shop owner requests that you find information on the missing Leno, then you must head to prt_fild08(one map south of prontera or 1 map west of izlude) there you must gather the information for why he is missing, once you have collected that you will be sent to Ur neer the entrance of Izlude to complete the quest. You don't actually have to find NPC Leno.

im also stuck in the same spor, i cant find Ur, or Leno, i dont understand how im supposed to collect info, iv talked to every npc in both regions, can someone please explain exactly what to do? it feels hoorible to have the questlines be this broken from the Very start.

In the end I turned it out in the following way, you have to reach your first job, once there you continue exploring, the turning point was that I went to Payon walking, to kill monsters and grab materials, and when I wanted to return to Izlude walking , I was given a scenario in the desert that had never appeared before, which is an event in the main plot in which Sattan Morroc is resurrected, then then you talk to one of the guards, he will offer you to teleport to Morroc and from there you go walking to prontera/izlude and Ur will be waiting for you there, apparently that event is necessary for it to be placed there, and leno will also appear there, and you can continue with the quest. I don't know if there will be another event that activates that plot arc, but that worked for me :D, I hope I have helped you. greetings
