Could be that today is the time that the server update or maintanent. So you would need to wait abit longer. They always update during Wednesday.
Where do I pose the complain about the GM and their system if they suspend my account then I turn out innocent ? Who do I going to complain to when they wasted my VIP day. This is going to be my 3rd time suspend. 1st time I really did break the rule but that because I don't know the game that well ( just starting ) 2nd time innocent result wasted vip day. Now on the 3rd time I read the rule and I know I did not do anyhting wrong. Who am I going to blame for this harrass suspend account to ? I am being really serious on this. And I would like to know the GM claim for suspending me this time because I know I done nothing wrong unless player decision to loan to lean other player their item without any zeny invole is illegal as well.
he said "due to association with other accounts found using illegal third-party programs on your IP Address." and ask me to create another account because my account will permanently suspended without any chance of release,never play again!!!
p.s: i didnt use any 3rd party software or whatsoever lol!!!!

a new Steam account with a valid email account, then it would be a new Registration. Or u could just register a new account on {連結已移除}www.warpportal.com, which it is the official game website.
My account just got suspended, i wonder to know usually it take how many days for the supprt team to reply the ticket.
what kind of live lesson about ? I only see server which have a bad service and setting rule for their hypocrisy act toward their own costumer / player. example: you get the benefit of the game and all the extra buff if you pay for the VIP, you cannot trade item or buy item except that you earn the zenny from the kafra shop and sell to the other player ( simply put the company can earn the money first then you get your item in longer run but no one else weather it is player to player which trade item on steam like Dota 2 etc ... for their ragnarok item ) Not to mension the problem of auto disconnect when you travel by foot from map to map and sudden lag which when you fight MVP it an death sentense and impossible to complete some mission. [ to be continue ] if you want more information i post it directly at you instead. Suspend mistake I dont mind but suspend during my VIP and turn out that they delay the submit ticket because they care about other game server and less interested in ragnarok. Man get out of steam and let other server come take their place instead would be better off. ( any mistake in verb and sentense correction would be appreciated Thank you in advance. )
