Account suspended?

As a quick introduction to the Game Management of RO1, here is a small guide on how it works.

Various activities, including using third party automated programs (bots), buying zeny from gold farmers (RMT) are actively investigated by our Game Management team and when they find your account engaging in illegal activities the account will be locked without warning. They do not send an email, so if you see the "Prohibited to log in until 12-31-2020" or a similar date far in the future you will need to write in. There is a guide to submitting a ticket here:

Once you have submitted a ticket you must wait for the GM Team to respond with further information and instructions. Please do not send multiple tickets as this only send you to the back of the queue.

Please do not create threads on here or the Warpportal forums asking why your account is suspended, we are not allowed to comment on an account's block here. Please only contact the GM Team through our support site ticket system.

I've simply reported them by taking screenshots while hovering my mouse over the names. Of course, after I figure out they're bots. They investigate after. They can't tell you what consequences they face however

nah, ill just quit with this.. theres a lot of ragnarok 1 in there..

Bots made Ragnarok 1 so popular.. so i dont get the point suspending players who is using bots.. haha.. your loss steam ro..

How in the world did they mistake me for bot ? I never trust in bot and never will. Yes, I play alot in hour that surpass human in certain area but that don't mean that I am bot. To suspend player with out even sending GM to test them out is just plain wrong. Most of the time, international player like myself don't talk back much but it doesn't mean that I am a bot. If anyone have a link to the person or team directly responsible to this unfai / injustice act please post the link here. I saw it in real time that I was TP from the hunt on Geffen underground prison first lv with my friend before the portal to second lv. I was on skype with my friend hunting party. Then boom !! send me back to Portera then kick me out. I saw this live., So I know when it happen and how it happen. ( in Thailand server, the GM will roam the map and ask simple question like what is 1 + 1 = ? , then send them on the suspend for few day / to give them a chance or maybe mistake from GM, but doing this is just plain wrong and unfair ... kind of lazy as well. )

I don't give excuse, I give out the truth that is the type of person I am. I train hard and I did have to say that I do stay up all night sometime to play with my friend on the other side of the planet weather you believe me or not but the truth is still the truth. Until you receive a response from the GM Team please do not assume that you were suspended for an unfair reason. There are multiple reasons why an account can be suspended, including being hacked, buying zeny or having close connections to an account caught for botting. The GM Team will be able to give you more information on your particular case when they respond to your ticket.

Ok, I will give you the benefit of the right and term and regulartion as GM being small team and need to manage the entire server but the red tape does slow down other player from getting back to their Ragnarok account friend. There a kid who I promise to find another 15 Mil to add to the 130 M heroic backpack which I might no be able to pay him or the master blacksmith who help me out at the very early of the game but I should point out the most obvious reason.

1. If buying item or obtaining item by trading from another game to zenny or down right to the buying zenny with real money then the Kafra shop is not that much different when you allow to buy item and sell it off to the market to convert into zenny. ( not saying it right but it is shady Or the fact that the website who is selling zenny for real world money is allow to roam the hell out of Prontera and whisper the hell out of everyone at large is the source of it all. What is the GM doing ? Ain't they suppose to stop the fire at the sourse of it but not afterward ?

( how to stop them ? well if I use the F word in my sentense then the entire conversation is mute by censor right ? so why not mute their every posible commercial to cencor like the F word then ? )

I am not trying to being selfish here but if they need active player to report this kind of action they should make the system easier for each player to block this kind of whisper chat or spam advertisement instead of the function /inall and /exall all the time. I even willing to have a direct chat with GM if it come to that.

This is off topic about account abit but I do want to del or change data in warp portal account as well. For love of satan !!! man !! I am a male not female however I can change my home address detail to benefit their data but not my date of birth or the gender which I find there is some mistake in it.

Too bad everywhere I go there will be bots roaming around. It's like 80% of total population of players :(
