where's my hotkey bar?

I don't know why but somehow I made my hotkey bar disappear. I know f11 makes stuff disappear and f12 supposably brings back your hotkey bar but since I have RO through steam it just takes a screenshot. Does anyone know how to get the hotkey bar back?

Set your Steam screenshot button to a different button, then hit F12 in-game.
