How do i get a CD in mouth lower headgear?

I was noticing cds in ppls mouths and asked someone what it does and now as everyone should have guessed i want one but i have no idea how they are created or dropped or anything. To my knowledge they arent a drop, apart of a quest and they arent in the KP store so i was just wondering how people get them?

You'll have to either wait for the KP Box to have it (The box changes every month or so), or buy it off a player. Of course, as time goes on without the CD in Mouth being available, the price increases.
