you can get in if you go to your steam apps/ragnarok folder and use the ragnarok.exe to launch the game, then login with the username pass you used to register. only downside is you cannot buy any kafra goods.

So far my loader hangs at the "waiting" screen when I use the .exe or through the steam launcher. This started after 5PM CST.
