cant play coz my RO window white screen

as title above... i cant play to renewal server becoz the window only show white colour... after i minimize and open it back it becomes black colour... but other server such as classic and sakray i can directly in to login windown...

Please go to the folder where you have RO installed and run the setup.exe. Please try changing the video card settings to see if that resolves the issue.

yea thanx... actually i figured it out after 2 days of RO less... just open the ragexe properties n the configuration must be in 16 bits colour... but now the problem is sometimes when changing map it will get stuck... and i need to reopen RO again... sometimes need to reopen 2-5 times... i posted a ticket at warportal be sure to read it...

I too same with discussion the above.. How I can solve this problem? My window 11 now.. There has appears word notification said "Cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem".. That's why I do need change {LINK REMOVED}setup.exe.?
