If that happens i found the easiest way to fix it is to open the game folder and run the easy-anti cheat once to install it before you run the game.

how do i install the anti cheat i went to the folder and when i click anti cheat it tells me its not installed

Go into the easy anti cheat folder and run the setup.

Since your all using steam ill give you the steam way to fix it. go into your steam library. Right click on Ragnarok, and click show local files, this will bring up the ragnarok folder on your PC. Then click on the EasyAntiCheat ap inside of the folder to run it, this will trigger the install for it.
