Raydric VS Orc Baby Card for an RK

Was wondering about what would be better to put on my Heroic Back Pack ( Assuming that it's +9 to activate the bonus effect of Orc Baby Card )

* Raydric Card
• Reduces damage received from [Neutral] element attacks by 20%.

* Orc Baby Card description ( just so that you don't have to google it )
•Reduces damage received from [Neutral] element attacks by 10% Flee +10.
• If the garment is upgraded to +9 or higher:
Additional Flee +5 Increases the damage reduction by another 5%"
I'm a Rune Knight btw.. Thanks in advance

Go for the Raydric. Flee won't really help you that much.
That being said, I would throw a Menblatt card on it instead for the extra range %dmg (assuming you're DB build).

Thanks for replying. That's really where my heart is. I just wanted to make sure. 2nd opinion in other words. On the other hand, I might go with that Menblatt Card ( Long-ranged Attack Strength +1% for every 10 pure DEX. "so that other readers don't have to google" ) as my end game card. I'm level 121 atm and I only have 90 DEX ( stopped it there for now just to get some bonus when I refine the HBP to +9 ). I'm prioritizing my STR ( 105 atm ) for one of the Temporal STR boots effect ( +50 ATK if your base STR > 120 ). Thanks for the insight. I might open a new thread about what boots to wear... :))
