Unripe apples
Doing the adventure's companion quest and all my unripe apples have been used up and i don't know how to get them back.

You mean the ones they give you so you can tame the Little Porings? If i'm not mistaken, you can make some using the Combination Kit, the recipe is in page 5 of the Novice Combination Book.

1 Apple + 1 Green Herb

Have nothing to buy it with but nvm i've uninstalled thanks anyways.

That's sad to know :(

The Apples and Green Herbs are loots from the first monsters you get to kill when you go out of the city. The Combination Kit and the Novice Combination Book are given to you as quest rewards from the Therapist NPC at the Academy.
