How to redeem your Steam starter packs

Hi there,

We have just added three Starter packs on the Steam store page. You can find each one of them here:

Excarnus Pack
Black Crow Pack
Magmog Pack
Ogrest Pack
Jiva Pack
Justice Pack

When buying one of them, make sure to select the one matching your region.

Each starter pack can only be purchased once.

After purchase, you will be granted a CD key that needs to be added to your account on the Ankama page.

Obtaining the key

When purchasing a pack, you will see a popup that shows you a CD key. Copy it somewhere to use it later on the Ankama Website.

If you mistakenly close the page, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to find the key in your WAKFU page in the Library, by clicking on “CD Key”.

Redeeming the key

• Go to {LINK REMOVED}http://www.wakfu.com/en/codes/
  
• Type the code in the appropriate field (“Enter your code”)
  
• You will now see a page listing all the content of your pack. Make sure to select a server for the Booster pack, in the first part “Booster benefits”.
  
• Click “Confirm”

Warning: If you don’t select a server, clicking on Confirm will simply not work. Your pack content will only be consumed when you correctly selected a server and confirmed.

Make sure to select the right server, as it will not be possible to change it later!

Items may also be non-tradable in certain packs so make sure to verify in the content details of the pack that you are interested in, so that you are aware of it. Happy Shopping!

Usually just a few minutes, and I recommend to enter and leave your Haven Bag to trigger the Gift icon. (or make a big map changings, like teleporting, Zaaping, Drago-Expressing, entering/leaving a Dungeon, etc)

Hello sir. I recently purchased the black crow pack and sadly I cannot use it on wakfu. I go to the website and put in the code. It tell's me to choose a server and when i do it just sends me right back to the screen to do it again. Help me.
