I would suggest leveling your healing spells up to the max and only work on 1 or 2 elemental skills. Remember a jack of all trades is a master of none...
You get a reskill and restat quest at level 30, just be careful what you choose because for another reskill quest you have to take about 10 items at 200 each to the guy for another chance at reskilling O_O
If you want someone to level with message ''Bipolar'' in game and you can travel with me. I know some mobs that give you insane amounts of experience. Those little bug guys in Amakna nation (Best nation, very peacefull land) just dont choose Riktus because it's not finished yet. Join the gaurds of your nation until the Riktus clan is done.
EDIT* You can also put points into Life Steal, but I wouldn't recommend it for a Sacrier. I personally dont think I would do Life Steal over Heal Per Turn on any class, but its always an option.
A lot of classes lack heal spells which is why it can be a good idea to level up farmer / baker or bring a healer along
