Other than that, skills that I use for fire/water are...
Fire:
D6 - decent damage for AP.
Craps - best damage for cost. (longest range)
Die alright - Basically my "f__k you b*tch" skill.
Water:
Fleahopper: Skill for when they won't get out of your damn face. Poor damage for cost but heals and increase crit rate by 3% per cast.
Flea Love: One of my favourite skills. You can cast it on a mob and it damages them every turn then after 2 turns heals you for all the damage it's done so far (also heals if they die). You can also ground cast it for an awesome aoe trap type thing that damages EVERY enemy that starts in the AoE (and heals allies in the AoE).

Feline leap
Cat tree
Passive:
Eca die - Great passive for fire eca. Free crit rate and fire bonus
Eca precision - Basically 40% chance for bonus damage.
Stats:
For the defense thingies:
Resistances - 10
Missing Hp regen - 5
Hp - Rest
Attacking:
Spread equally through all the +damage +ele resistance
Chance:
Crit chance
Crit damage
Agility:
Full initiative (no dodge cause you have feline leap for a 2ap escape)
Major:
MP, AP, Range
