SET BONUS is real??

guys im a sadida lvl 83 and i want to have a fully boosted earth/wind element
what set/parts of set should i get?
and also ...
is the set bonus at http://www.wakfu.asia/en/mmorpg/encyclopedia/sets
still have effects? or it is just an old patched set bonuses?

Set bonuses were removed and the individual pieces were buffed

I think the tofu and gobball sets are the only sets still with set bonuses.

Tofu, Gobball (their royal equivalents too) and I think the early nation sets (for example carnivore for Ankama). After that, since AP/MP starts appearing around lv40 the set boni have become obsolete and instead equipment scales individually so you have the flexibility there.

Also, you can always use http://wakfu-elements.com/ too, it's not perfect but at least it pulls the data directly from the game.
