how do i get this stuff, or any thing else in the same categorie like golden wheat and glowing tin

It's a random chance thing. There's a 1% chance when, after growing a crop or whatever, it will give a rare version of it. You can tell when it'll give you the rare version as it will have a special glow to it (usually a blueish glow or something).

You need to leave it growing for a long while after it's spawned and then , maybe , just maybe. You'll find an ash tree with tiny blue speckles of light all around it. It's really not worth it to wait until you get it considering it's not used in a lot of recipies and the ones it is used in are COMPLETELY USELESS. So like with the vast majority on rare gathering materials , don't bother with it.
