I enjoyed it and it does provide some information regarding the world of twelve.

However the series is set 10 years (fairly sure on this number) ahead of the events ingame.

Watch the first episode or two and if you enjoy it keep watching ;)

I only picked a xelor as my main because of Nox

It's really up to you. You can watch it first or last if you want although I'd say it takes a couple of silly episodes before it really delves into the lore of Wakfu.
You should play a bit just to understand some of the jokes and plot development in the animation, then watch it.

Foggernauts in game should be more like they are in the animated series u_u

Is there a cartoon? Like a real cartoon?

I thought there was just a hentai.

Meh... the hentai is more appealing to me.

Man that trailer was so good!
Really love how it doesnt even spoil you the main antagonist of season 2.
What i really loved about the series was how you could see them improving on the quality of the animation and design of the characters.
Also Nox is perhaps one of my favorite villains even more after seein the movie and hearing his last few sentences. Even the main antagonist of season 2 was awesome and really tragic D :

and it's the official trailer. XD
I honestly prefer this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N3xiJ-mdcc

Also, why do people say the Nox episode is a MOVIE? From what I remember, it's 30 minutes-ish long, just like the oggrest episode, no? By any starndarts it's more close to an OVA than a movie.

Yeah, because they chose only one kind of Foggernaut, they're kind of gender locked characters really. You could argue that they have no gender but they do look very masculine anyway and sound it too.
I propose that Ankama at least introduce the more Human Foggernauts as an extra class that don't fight like cyborgs but like engineers like they did in Dofus. Honestly it would still technically count as 15 Classes but with the alternate style of play for human foggers.

As for the Animated Series, does anyone know where I can watch and understand the special Ogrest Episode? I can't find a working subbed version for the life of me.
I also understand that there's actually another special episode other than Nox's so that would be nice to if possible.

Oh, I think everyone also forgot to mention that there's also an animated series for Dofus!
It's actually more of a side series despite Dofus being the older game and they're also shorter 15 minute episodes about adventure and what-not but because the animated for Dofus itself is newer than the animated for Wakfu, I personally think that the quality overall is a lot better. And that's saying something since Wakfu's animation is already of great quality.

The episodes are more about an old Ecaflip talking about his old Adventurer days in the World of Twelve and the whole thing has a lot of charm plus I think it's just stunning to look at. Might be hard to find unless they bring it out again though...

It's already been dubbed and it's available on Netflix.
Now, if you're a cheap person (like me), I could give you a few links to download unofficial subbed versions, but they're in spanish.

Yeah, I mean when I was looking for these, it was before they brought it to Netflix, so I didn't know that they did the same with the specials, so that's cool.

I really hope they do the same for Dofus: Treasures of Kerub because as many people know of it despite how recent it is. It deserves the attention.
