How Do I Unlearn a Profession?

So, I've taken up the profession of Leather Dealer, but found out only after that I would be unable to harvest anything. How do I unlearn being a Leather Dealer?

I am pretty sure you can have all professions at the same time. The thing is they take a lot of time to level each up so it would be really hard for someone to be good at all proffesions.

Hi, I guess then, a Profession cant be unlearned. But you can have all ones. A question: my english isn't very good xD when you say "Leather Dealer" you mean the profession like miner? Or you mean the profession like "Leather Crafter" (for example)? I remember you can lvl up the prof. harvesting birds and cats xD

I guess I am making a new character, then, I guess...

And to clarify, I don't want to learn every profession, I just want to be able to harvest stuff again.

You can learn every single profession. Meaning, it won't stop you from harvesting if you learn another one.

What do you mean? It said that I was unable to be a trapper, herbalist, etc. if I chose a profession, after I've chosen a profession.

No, you should be able to lear all the professions.
The difference is that you directly learn the crafting ones, and the other ones are already learned, so you just have to lvl them.

You can still do this. Don't worry about it.
Most people focus on some crafting professions, especially when they have a guild/friends doing the other ones, because it takes alot of time and ressources to get all professions to 100.

Gathering professions are basically done by everyone.

You can use them all since the beggining. You don't have to learn them, just go to a field and start depleting the whole zone from wheat or trees or whatever.

I am unable to use--from what I remember; specifically--trapping and herbalist.

You can LEARN ALL THE PROFESSIONS.

I'm am extremely high level and have been playing this game for awhile. You can learn/use, or whatever you want to call it, every single profession. Just try it and see. Try to learn the other ones and you will see that you are able to.
