The first is a Fire/Air. Main fire skills are Judgement and Iop's Wrath with Super Iop Punch when the situation needs it. Main air skills are Gutting Gust and Flurry. Intimidation is useful but there is little need to level it.
The second Iop is Earth/Air. Shaker is the main skill supported by Rocknoceros and Devastate. Same air skills apply.
All Iop's should fully level Jump, Compulsion and Virility. After that Authority is a great skill when you learn how to keep the 100% power stacks. After that it's personal choice, I went for Bravery Standard (because I'm usually in groups and the Stabilize is very useful) and Show Off.
Regarding stats, they very much depend on your build. As an Iop you'll want to aim for 8ap straight away, either for shaker x2 or as fire type, judgement x2 or jump + wrath.
Other stats are still being tinkered with for best results.
Intelligence: Regeneration can be useful, and it only max's after 5 points. Resistances max at 10 points and are always good, otherwise investing in % HP is never a bad choice.
Strength: (edited) Raise damages and resists equally.. unless you value health points more.
Agility: Unless your specializing in a type of build (locking tank type, or dodging type) then I find sticking with Dodge and Lock simple enough, but I may change this when a higher level.
Chance: Critical Hits and Critical Damage are lovely to have, but other options let you specialize in different ways.
Major: Tricky, tricky! You'll be able to level this stat at levels 25, 75, 125. Will you take action points right away for that 8ap build? (going beyond that to 9 and 10 ap at higher levels is a usual thing) Iop's will always want Movement Points and damage. The damage is nice and the moment points are needed for skills and close combat. As for that 3rd point... Final Damage is looking like a winner for when 125.
But! You may break the mold on these builds. Thanks to reset scrolls and free resets when you hit certain levels, you won't have to worry too much about messing up, so feel free to test the waters.
Strength gives resistance to a single element and general damage.
So spread your skills among all 4 elements, as you gain damage in every element from every point and equal resistance on all 4 elements.
Dam ankama :P Thanks for the heads up.
It's actually been like that since the 9th. They changed the wording so that it would be more clear.
