Please Do not Buy Origines or Attempt to try

Hi everyone, i'm just an old time gamer feeling like coming back to Wakfu. I used to play on Ankama Client before the game was published on Steam.

I encounter issue with Linking Ankama account to Steam, and the Support Team Reponse takes forever and so, i decided let's just start over from scratch on a new Steam Account instead and a fresh new character.

Few hour into the game i decided to purchase origines, the Transaction go through, i even received a message from bank on the purchase & money spent.
But i didn't get the Origines i purchased, instead i got an email from Ankama saying My transaction are being verify please wait 24hour for a reponse. okay guess i had to wait, not long after i received another email, saying

47000 x Ogrines

In order to combat fraud and identity theft, and in keeping with our General Conditions of Sale and Terms of Use, we will suspend your account definitively and indefinitely unless you can provide proof within 7 days that this was an error.

In the meantime, your account is temporarily suspended. You no longer have access to the games or the forums.""

and so my new account and character got Banned for 7days.
From what i have googled, this issue had been around since the game was published on Steam. And it's gonna take forever to get a reply from support team. Basically instead of waiting and hoping the support team would reply, you might as well go spend time on other stuff and come back after a week for the Unban if you still want to play Wakfu, because the support are so slow that they would go as far as replying after a week or even none reply.

so my advice to new gamers that feel like purchasing anything from cash shop, and don't know how, JUST DON'T. Go spend your money and time on something else instead like Pokemon Let's Go (seriously pokemon is a good game to invest)

But if you are F2P gamer and feel like playing the game then Please do, its a good game imo. Just stay F2P and you are fine.

I buyed stuff on wakfu with steam wallet. Never had these problems before.

Not sure the cause of the issue still, the support have yet to fix the issue, their reply takes too long, my account have been unbanned after the 7days of the period before the support team even fix it for me.
Haven't encounter such issue with any other MMORPG before or any other online purchase, i can top up my steam wallet just fine and purchase stuff in Steam, my Paypal works fine too when i purchse game on my Nintendo Switch via Paypal, all the payment uses the same credit card, i double checked all the information are correct when i try to purchase origines.
Well, not gonna bother coming back to play Wakfu anytime now, me and my friends decided to play other MMORPG instead.
