How Do You Submit a Ticket to Ankama Asian Support?

I want to just unlink and delete entirely the empty Wakfu Asia account from my Steam account but cannot figure out how to submit a ticket.

The Ankama Americas site is easy enough to submit a ticket on but I cannot figure out how to submit a ticket on Ankama Asia's site. I accidentally created an Asian linked Wakfu account to this Steam account (the new Wakfu account is void of characters or items as a result) when I wanted to link my Americas (Nox Server) account to my Steam.

https://support-asia.ankama.com/en has no link to submit a ticket on it that I can find. There is also no option to sign in with steam there either.

Yep im in the same boat : cant find the ticket creation. I cant link my steam account to wakfu (authentication problem) so i wanted to open a ticket.

And... I get a blank page after hitting submit at that page. This is lousy, how do I submit a ticket to Ankama Asia.

So I created a new account on Wakfu Asia so I could post on the official forums and got a good answer from [CS]Ramenstein that fixed my problem:

To log-in on our website using your Steam Generated Account, go to Click here and click "Sign In" on the upper right part of the window. From there, click on the option "Sign in through Steam" to log your Steam Generated Account. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us" to be transferred to customer support page while logged on.

You should be then be able to file support tickets using your Steam generated accounts. In the mean time, we will be looking to add the same interface so that Steam users will be able to login to the support site directly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
